If you're a first-time homebuyer or have not owned a home in the last 3 years, you could be eligible for up to a $8,000 tax credit when you file your income taxes*!  This means you could keep up to $8,000 of income tax you would have likely paid or even get that CASH back.

Your home must be purchased between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2009 and must be your primary residence.
